Taught & coordinated by Michael Fletcher, the SEE Program x PLC x Footlocker youth class is a creative outlet to let youth express their creativity using air brush designs, dying and applying graphics to Nike Air Force 1’s. These graphics were used as stencils and hangtags / keychain designs for the class in Houston, TX.
