• Problem: Teton Outfitters (KLIM, 509 & Polaris) has around $1.3 Million worth of excess materials over seas due to bulk buying during the years of COVID. 

• Goal: Ideate and design SMU (Special Make Up) product(s) to use up this excess material before they expire. This Included working with other departments to determine amount of each textile, cost and textile use per product.
